The ParmaJon Martini

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Hendricks (or gin of choice)
¼ oz dry vermouth
green olives, pitted
olive juice
PROCEDURE
Prechill your coupe glass (or martini glass, mason jar, etc) by filling it with ice and water.
Stuff the olives with bleu, then impale “at least 3” onto a cocktail pic.
Add gin, vermouth, and a “splash of olive brine (really just a weeeee bit)” to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously* until very chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass, and then top with the olive spear.
* Stir for a clearer cocktail, but if you don’t mind the cloudiness, shake it for a while so it is super cold!
