Fresh Chèvre

Fresh Chevre is perhaps the most useful cheese in your kitchen. Anytime you need a little mouth watering tang, toss a bit in. Pasta (anywhere with tomatoes), omelettes, ground pork burgers, cheesecakes, on crackers with fig preserves, as a wedding present. Our 9 year old loves it with pine nuts.
