Applewood Smoked Gouda

Young Gouda made by Maple Leaf that we smoke in house. One of our most popular cheeses. The smoky character is reserved, almost sweet. If you've only had the typical nose burning hickory smoked version, this is a treat! A favourite of the under 10 crowd too.
