Kickaas Chipotle Espresso Cheddar

Smoked jalapenos in a spicy tomato marinade that’s amped up w/ Dark Matter’s Unicorn Blood espresso but with no coffee taste. Not as hot as it looks, it is excellent on scrambled eggs, in your quesadilla or w/ a glass of peaty Scotch.  Looks like Jupiter up close.    Made by our cheesemaker, Dan Posselt.
